Applicant should be a registered firm (Proprietor/ Partnership/Company) and member of IATA / TAAI / UFTAA / IATO / ADTOI / TAFI / ATOAI / ATTOI OR should be recognized from Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India OR by State Tourism OR by State Tourism Board OR by State Tourism Corporation
The applicant should have a valid PAN number and GST number.
In case of Pvt. Ltd Company / LLPs Certificate of Incorporation / Registration issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs
In case of Partnership / Proprietorship Firm Business registration certificate issued by local district authority under Shops & Establishment Act OR other relevant act applicable in the state. OR Valid & Active UDYAM Certificate issued by MSME, Govt. of India
Terms & Conditions
Agents will be provided with a Login ID and Password by IRCTC to book Tourism Products of IRCTC.
Agents will be authorized to sell all Tourism products of IRCTC online and will be getting commission online on Cut and Pay basis.
If the Agent is having its own website then all Tourism products of IRCTC should be promoted through this website.
In case, any agent is found involved in any illegal/fraudulent activity, this appointment shall be immediately cancelled by IRCTC.
IRCTC reserves the right to cancel the agency of any Agent without assigning any reason after giving a notice of 15 days.
The authorization will be coterminous with the earliest expiring of the documents submitted by the applicant.
The applicant shall fill and submit the Online Registration Form available in the Travel Agents section on www.irctctourism.com and upload all documents, as mentioned in the eligibility criteria. Incomplete registration forms are liable to be rejected.
The Agents will be authorized to get the commission on selling different tourism products on Cut and Pay basis. For further details regarding commission please email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the Tourism Agent Cell.

Part payment is allowed for online booking for package cost above Rs. 50,000/-per transaction for all Packages.
IRCTC registered users and Guest users can avail the part payment facility for online booking at www.irctctourism.com.
IRCTC counters can also use this facility to accommodate the walk-in customers.
Agents are not authorized for online booking with part payment at www.irctctourism.com.
The minimum ARP (Advanced Reservation Period) for part payment facility would be for booking done before 35 days from departure date.
Part Payment is applicable on total booking amount, where the package cost is greater than Rs 50000/-. It will be collected in 2 installments inclusive of GST. ✔ For Domestic/International Air Packages: - 1st payment for 30% amount, Final/ Balance payment for 70%. ✔ For All Other Packages: - 1st payment for 25% amount, Final/Balance payment for 75%.
If the due/final payment is not done within 30 days prior to departure date , then the request for the final payment would not be accepted & booking would be treated as cancelled & relevant cancellation charges would be applicable.
Partial cancellation of passengers is not allowed in part payment transactions.
For any cancellation and part/final payment days are counted excluding the date of departure.
Tour confirmation number will only be generated after receipt of total package cost by IRCTC.
Only Full cancellation is allowed on the above transactions with applicable cancellation charges.
